Humra

Humra turare ne wanda aka samo asalinsa daga Arabs, (Larabawa) kuma Bare-bari suka dauka a matsayin kwaikwayon al’aadar, sannan ta  yadu a kasar Hausa, kusan duk mata sun karbe shi  sakamakon irin ingancinsa tare da cikakken muhimmmancinsa. Turaren Humra na dauke da sinadarai masu kamshi, ana kuma hada shi ne da saiwoyi da nau’oin turarruka daban-daban, kuma ta kan zo a nau’in bakar humra ko fara har ma da koriya.

Abubuwan da ake hada bakar Humra da su

Ruwan turare (Alchohol) litre 1

Madarar turare 1/6 litre

Ambir 4 (gwayar shi)

Garin sandal cb 2

Garin Humra cb 3

Garin soyayyen kaninfari ck1

Mahalan (gari)  ck 1/2

Yadda ake hada bakar Humra:

1.   Za’a sami ruwan turare a zuba masa nikakken ambir

2.   Sai a kawo garin nikakken tankadadden sandal da garin Humra da soyayyen garin kaninfari, da garin mahalan, a zuba a hada su a girgiza, a kawo madarar turare irin nau’in da ake bukata a zuba, zai iya kasancewa fiye da daya ko fiye idan sun hadu sai a zuba a cikin kwalabar turare a rufe.

Farar Humra da Koriya

Ita ba’a sa mata garin Humra, shi ne kadai babu, a cikin koriyar Humra kuma kala ake sa wa koriya, ita ma din kadan, kuma babu garin Humra a cikinsa. Wannan kawai shi ne bambanci tsakaninsu.

CURRY

GABATARWA

Curry, wani nau’i ne na daga cikin abinci da muke amfani da shi, kuma a cikin abincin wadannan ganyaye firanni da tsurirrika hade da saiwoyi duk su ne idan aka hada su ake samun curry, kuma dukkansu; daya bayan daya suna dauke da sinadarai masu kara karfi; wato “carbohydrate”, Karin lafiya, garkuwar jiki walwala, protein, da vitamins, tare da kuma mataki ko wane a tattare. Sannan kuma magunguna ne musamman masu nasaba da sanyi, kumburi tari, kunne, hakori, hanci, da dai sauransu. Don haka, curry yana fitowa ta hanyoyi daban-daban kamar a matsayin kanshi a abinci, kala, magani, duk a cikin abinci a lokaci daya

Abubuwan da ake hada curry da su:

Yansun gw 4, siitur 4 gwn,  kamun gwn 4 shamar gwn 6, hulba  gw 1, Bakin algarif ¼ , Tafarnuwa, gw 1/6, Citta mai yatsu gw5, yari gw2, Kurkum gw6, Kusbara gw2, kanunfari gw1/6, Jawa gw1/6, Masoro gw ½, Kimba.

Yadda ake Curry

Za’a hada duk wadannan tserrai, da firanni da saiwoyi a gyara, a tsabtace su, a nika su, su yi laushi sosai, zai ba da ingataccen curry. Idan bai laushi sosai ba za a iya tankadewa.                                  

Rabe-Raben curry

Curry ya rabu kala daban-daban kamar a yi wasu hade-hade na kayan kanshi, na canzawar kalar shi da kuma dandanon shi.

  1. Za’a hada duk wadannan tserrai, da firanni da saiwoyi a gyara, a tsabtace su, a nika su, su yi laushi sosai, zai ba da ingataccen curry. Idan bai laushi sosai ba za a iya tankadewa.                                  
  2. Idan an hada gyadar miya (wato ‘yar sokoto ) da citta mai yatsu zai bada ingataccen launin na kayan kanshi wani kala daban.
  3. Kanin fari, masoro da citta mai ‘ya’ya suma wasu launi ne na kayan kashin.
  4. Shamar, yansun suitor idan aka hada su zai bada wani launin kanshi a abinci ko a miya.
  5. Haka kuma ko wannen su aka dauka zai bada dandano da za’a gamsu dashi.

MAN GOGE KAUSHI

GABATARWA

Anan za mu yi waiwaye ne adon tafiya,danganeda muhimmancin tsafta. Tsafta dai wata aba ce wadda addinin musulunci ya yi Magana a kanta. Yinta kuma yana da fa’ida tare da cikakken muhimmanci ga duk dan adam, shi ne ma ya sa kafa da hannu suka shigo don suma ba’a bar su a baya ba don muhimmancin da suke da shi na bangaren sassan jikinmu; shi yasa kuwa har mukan duba muga menene zai kawo tsaftar wadannan sassan halittun namu. Mu ka ga ya dace mu yi nazari ga masana, ta hanyar  da za’a sami abin da zai taimaka game da haka, shi ne aka sami man goge kaushin kafa da na hannu. kaushi yana samuwa ne musamman don wasu dalilai kamar gautsin fata, kazanta, yanayi (wato sanyi, damuna) daidai sauransu.

Kashe-kashen Man goge Kasushi

Man goge kaushi ya kasu kashi-kashi. Anan dai za mu yi Magana a kan kashi biyu;

1.     Wanda ake goge kaushin da shi don  kaushin ya fita

2.     Wanda za’a shafa wa kafa da hannu su yi laushi kuma ya yi aiki a kan fatar don kaucewa sake fitowar wani (kaushin) da wuri.

Tsaftar Kafa da Hannu

1.     Tsaftar kafa don kaucewa kaushi, faso da tsatstsagewar kafa wanda na iya jawo wasu kwayoyin cuta da za su addabi dan adam.

2.     Hannu ma ba’a bar shi a baya ba, don kuwa rashin tsaftace shi yana ba da illa wadda za ta haifar da hana hannun amfanuwa.3.     Duk abin da aka taba ko aka shafa zai kasance ya makale ga dayan biyun (wato hannun ko kafar). 

Man goge kaushi (pedicure cream)

Abubuwan da za’a yi amfani dasu don yin man goge kaushi:

CMC CB 7 Soda (caustic soda) cb2Soda ash cb2Menthol ck ½Turare (yadda ake son yawan kanshin )Ruwa ½ litre

Yadda ake yi:

1.     Za’a jika cmc babban cokali  na cin abinci 7 da yawan ruwa ½ litre, wato da kauri sosai, idan ya kwana ya jika ya narke sosai ya yi kauri kamar rude.

2.     Sai a jika soda da ruwa kamar ½ litre a tona sosai a kawo gefe, sai  kuma a debo soda ash a zuba acikin jikakkiyar, ita ma a hada a tona su hadu sosai.

3.     A zuba jikakken ruwan nan tare da tona su don su hadu sosai.

4.     A dake mentol ya yi laushi a zuba a ciki.

5.     Turare mai kanshi ake da bukata sai a zuba, amma madarar turare.

6.     A hada su a tona sosai su hadu.

7.     Bayan an hada su sun hadu sai a sami mazubi ko roba kanana masu murfi a zuba arufe shi.

8.     Idan da label (takardar da za’a lika) a kawo a like don zai taimakawa mai saya ya san mai zai saya ta hanyar label din yake da hanyar yin amfani da shi.

Man Lausasa Fatar Hannu da Kafa bayan an goge kaushi(pedicure Oil)

Ruwan mai (paraffin oil) ¼ litre

Ruwan man kwakwa (coconut oil) ¼ litre

Man kadanya (shea butter) 1/6 litre

Turare madara

YADDA AKE YI:

1.     Za’a sami ruwa mai kyau

2.     Man kwakwa  mai kyau

3.     A sami man kadanya a dama shi da ruwan mai ya yi dan ruwa-ruwa

4.     sai a hada su duk ukun a roba daya a girgiza sosai ya hadu

5.     Azuba turare a sake girgizawa ko a tona shi ya hadu an gama

6.     A zuba a mazubi da za’a ajiye ko a sayar

Fadakarwa:

 Wannan mai yana aiki a fatar jiki a guri mai tauri, zai yi laushi kuma ya jinkirta sake fitowar wani kaushin. Amma ba’a son wanda kafarsa, ko hannunsa ya tsatstsage ya yi amfani da man goge kaushi idan har kafa ko hannu sun tsage, to kar a yi amfani da man har sai sun warke; don gudun karuwar ciwon.Sannan ba’a son a yawaita goge kafa da wannan man, kamar dai sau daya a sati ya isa don karfin man zai iya  haddasa ma wani laushin.
